05Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

06International transfers
We serve customers around the world, and some of our providers store or process data outside your country, for example in Thailand, Singapore and the United States. When we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses, and send providers only what they need to provide their service.
07How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: deleted automatically 2 years after you send them.
- Website error reports: up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- Access your data and get a copy
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date
- Ask us to delete or destroy your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use it
- Object to how we collect, use or share it
- Ask us to transfer it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before
- Complain to the data protection authority in your country, such as the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand
Send your request to the email address in section 1. We reply within 30 days and never treat you differently for using your rights.
09Children
Our website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10Security
We use appropriate security measures, such as encrypted connections, and limit access to staff who need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
