The wet milling process allows production of rice flours with finest particle sizes and lower percentage of damaged starch than alternative milling method.
The flour is made by milling soaked raw rice or glutinous rice with water and sanitized by heating them to more than 150°C to kill all germs and bacteria according to measures that allow our company to be certified for GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 food safety standards.
