Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we align our organizational development and business practices with these global priorities. Here is our latest progress:  

 

✅ SDG 3: Good Health & Well-Being

  • 200 consecutive days of “Zero” accidents
  • Annual employee health checkups and sports clubs
  • 144 hours of massage therapy provided by the blind for stress relief

 

✅ SDG 5: Gender Equality

  • 50% female and 50% male in middle to top management
  • Two generations of women-owned and women-led company leadership

 

✅ SDG 7: Affordable & Clean Energy

  • CO₂ emission reduction of 678 tons per year

 

✅ SDG 8: Decent Work & Economic Growth

  • Providing training and career development opportunities
  • Hiring and supporting disabled employees

 

✅ SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure

  • Research and development partnerships with 2 signed MOUs

 

✅ SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production

  • 5 cbm/month of treated wastewater reused for green farm irrigation
  • Commitment to Zero Food Waste
