This is a specially developed clean label starch with function that can replace STPP in chicken marinade.  The particularly small rice starch granules disperse well in brine and do not sediment during tumbling, which resulted in smooth and juicy texture.  With high whiteness, it enhances the white color of the chicken meat, increasing the appeal of the cooked product.  BPure T75  also increases the yield of the chicken after marinated similar to STPP.
